Impedance value between power and ground on the PCB looking from IC on PCB. When this value grows, power voltage fluctuation at IC current consumption also grows and it leads to IC malfunction problem.
Input Impedance (Blue line) shows impedance of critical IC. In this case, two capacitors are added around critical IC (bold circled) in the red area (left bottom) and it enables voltage fluctuation to stabilize around IC. Excel graph shows input impedance below the target impedance.
